I like that it has all of our data within one platform, so we can see how things are going across multiple channels without having to jump from application-to -application every time! It's very intuitive for people who may not even be in analytics roles but just want access into their own marketing activities with this tool as well!! There is nothing about datiphy i dislike at present; however there hasn't been any updates since last year (2016) which was quite disappointing considering its such an advanced product offering some really cool features including integration tools etc.. If you're looking/planning using more than 1 channel(s), then definitely go ahead & use DATIPHY. We've found great success by being able to view different customer journeys via GA or KPI dashboards &KPIs dashboard as per our needs depending upon what stage.
