Review on Franklin Brass FBKEYT7 BSE R Hooks Nickel by Jabari Campbell

Bought 3 white bars with 7 hooks each. Received it and we are very disappointed. The beautiful picture of silver satin nickel hooks is not what I received. The description specifically says "cast zinc hooks" but I didn't get that, and it looks like others have had the same issue. What we got is a white pole with 7 dark gray PLASTIC hooks! They are not zinc or satin nickel colored. I called the seller and gave him the description and the product number. The rep said it was a white bar with 7 pronged metal hooks! The box they came in has a sticker that matches the product number exactly, but the product inside doesn't match the picture or the description of the hooks. So disappointed. Revain and this supplier should fix this because it misleads people into believing they are buying what they see and describe. They're making a comeback because, frankly, the hooks look cheap and the plastic breaks more easily. Update: Spoke to a Revain representative who said this should be escalated and the product removed until the product description and image are corrected. It's not finished yet.
