Great for small dogs. We have a very small boston terrier and he fits perfectly. Now our Boston prefers my knees when I read and OUR bed when I sleep at night, but I don't like it when we're away from home. He's not the type to chew on furniture or blankets, just his friend, a small dog, and doesn't do much harm, so "go to the vet if the bed or any part of the bet is eaten." N/A. Anyway, the dog lost it. He's cute, plush, and quite attractive. It goes well with our other (slightly eclectic) furniture ranging from antique to WW2 retro to contemporary Salvation Army and rustic styles. Very good product - our dogs are proud of it.
