Review on BOLT 7023582 Receiver Chevrolet Cadillac by Shawn Martin

Bought this lock for my 2014 Silverado 1500. lock out. Connected to the truck key, works great. I took the key from another 2014 Silverado 1500 and tested it with the key and it didn't even go all the way into the lock. So my nervousness about it was quickly gone. Compared to other receiver locks I've had, here's what I see: it's definitely a bit larger, but not negatively. I think that's why some people have problems with pendant chains. Although I don't see that as a problem. It also seems to be a bit thicker where the pin meets the lock. Other receiver locks are easy to pry with a piece of pipe as the weakest point will break before the pin or lock. It's thicker on this pin, so it looks like it'll bend before it breaks. I would recommend it!
