I LOVE these! Ive had these for a little over 6 months now. I get compliments all the time on them. I keep them in over night and they don't bother me. I unfortunately ordered a size too small, so they fall out easier (maybe once a week or 2 weeks. Not often) but they have not shattered or broken or even chipped. I'm going to order another pair, just a bit bigger.These are great!Year update: they finally broke :( I took them out to clean & my 2 year old got a hold of one, dropped it & it chipped. But I have dropped these over and over & they always held up! I slept & showered in them, pretty much wore them all the time. I mean,holding up for a year is pretty good for being worn 24/7 since I got them. They'd fall out once in a while, but that's only because I ordered the wrong side. It had been a while since wearing gauges & I wasn't sure what size I was. Anyways, I highly recommend these, I LOVED them. Came back to order another pair.And if you can order the right size & keep your toddler away from them, I'm sure they'll last you a lot longer than a year
