Bought this pan about 2-3 months ago and have used it at least once a week since. The pan cooks evenly and the shape of the loaves is perfect for making sandwiches. I have baked bread with and without a lid - in any case, it turned out perfectly. Bread comes out easily and the pan is easy to clean. The pan has three small vents at the bottom and they can get clogged with batter, but they can be cleaned with soap and water during cleaning. I highly recommend this Pullman bread pan!
