Better for workouts vs yoga

Very thick and comfortable! The mat doesn’t slip around on the ground. But your hands will slowly slip a bit doing downward dog as there is not enough grip on the top side. Probably a better mat for workouts vs yoga, but yoga is still definitely doable if you don’t mind a little slippage. I personally got it so my back and knees don’t hurt when I do ground workouts and it’s definitely meeting those needs! Better for workouts vs yoga. The mat didn’t have any odor and seems like it will be easy to clean.
