Great for rain but not snow

I took my young child on a trip to Seattle, Washington. I bought him a jacket and boots because it rains every time I go out but this time it snowed so these ankle boots came in handy. I would say they are better suited to the rain and stay in great condition if you adjust the drawstring around their ankles. The boots got really wet but dried quickly.
