I posted a photo of my previous mount which could only be mounted higher. It was great for keeping the desk clean but I ended up hating it because my neck started to hurt soon after using it due to the monitor being too high. The second picture shows the EleTab mount in the same place, but now the monitor is at eye level and the table is still free for projects. Setup was easy. The screws you need for the first step of installing the table clamp or thru-bolt are in a separate Allen key pouch. The long set of screws is for VESA mounting. I had to adjust the gas piston to hold the monitor. A NOTICE. The instructions are read clockwise for increased tension, but the top arm of the monitor points counter-clockwise. I went with the hand indicated and it worked. So if you're looking at the screw, turn it counter-clockwise to increase the tension to hold the heavier monitor. The cables are well hidden and keep the cables in the armrest until they reach the back of the table.
