Update: The company that sells this case contacted me and was very concerned about my experience. I honestly have to say that the steps they took to resolve the issue, along with constant communication, full refunds, and a few bonus gifts really made them a top notch company. I stand by what happened to me in the first review but thanks to what Casematrix did to fix the issues I will happily buy from them again. Sometimes things escape QA to get to the end user. I accidentally slipped one. Original: When I first got the case, the left clip kept falling off. I figured everything would be fine if I just closed the box and hoped for the best. Well I got exactly what I should have expected. The other clip fell off, and if I hadn't secured it with the strap, the case would have just burst open and the Xbox would have been thrown where gravity would have decided. Terrible case.
