Just thought I would open my printer ink case today. I guess I should have done that when I first got him. I took it out of the Revain box/packaging it came in but never actually opened the product box. Well each color of ink was individually wrapped in clear cellophane, they all seemed fine EXCEPT the yellow. It was already cut, with yellow paint left in the sleeve. Not only that, the box they came in is not a Canon box, it's a regular white box. Obviously it could be a return and it was resold to me. There can be no other explanation. I should have searched sooner and now I'm stuck here. I would not recommend this company at all.
