The capacity is not exactly

The description says it can hold 12 pairs of shoes, including adult sizes; but unfortunately that is not the case. I wear 8 on women and my high tops and none of my high heels fit in one compartment together. So instead of 12 pairs I got 6 pairs, each of which got its own branch. These compartments should be at least 2 inches wider.
