the product was easy to use but it tangled the hair a lot. When I washed them there were a lot of curls but when I combed them out they were very curly and straight. Combing it was very painful as it had massive knots. something had to be cut. I let my hair grow but due to the awful tangles and curls I had to trim it a bit. It's pretty good now. No lint or knots. Even if it doesn't look too bad now, I won't buy it again. I've had a lot of homemade perms so I wasn't a beginner when I made this.
