This food initially convinced us because of the ingredients, the price and the cats seem to like it very much. In the latter case, we had a jar that was slightly dented, but we didn't think much of it until we opened it. And the food was black slime and one of the worst smells I've ever smelled in my life. It was more than lazy. It took us forever to get the smell out of the house. I spoke to Amazon and thought this was an isolated case and they assured me they would check the item number and the rest of the batch. Looks like it's finished because it's out of stock right now. But we just found a second can in the batch with the same problem. The house smells again. There is no way I will be feeding my kids this brand of another Amazon pet food brand afterwards. Yay!
