Overall this is a quality product and I really like it. It is very easy to install and the glass fits perfectly. But what I really don't like is that the glass on the iPhone 11 Pro has a black painted "frame" around the edges. This means sacrificing a significant portion of the phone's screen edge. Not only does the protective glass fit a few millimeters at the edge (so it lays flat), the black frame cuts off another 2-3mm. It doesn't sound like much, but overall you lose nearly 1/8-1/4 inch from each edge of the screen. On some websites (like the NY Times in my photo) the text is truncated around the edges. It also made it almost impossible to use the "back button" in some apps (you'll have to swipe around the edge for the app to know you're trying to tap that button, since part of it is cut off). Another thing is that the black frame is printed on the surface of the glass, so it rises above the screen surface by about a millimeter. Again, it doesn't sound like much. It's hard to explain, but it adds an odd, three-dimensional feel to your viewing experience. If you tilt your phone, you can peek "under" the black frame to see all of the text on the website you're reading. So sometimes you can't read edge to edge on a website with a lot of text. You'll need to tilt your phone to look under the black bezel and then continue reading as usual. You're not looking at a flat surface at one point—you're looking through a black box millimeters away at a screen. In both games and videos, this creates a very odd 3D feel that I don't like. I've tried to include a photo to explain what I mean. I think this can be solved by removing the black border entirely. It blocks your touch functions and blocks basic text and screen functions. Just make it transparent and this product will be perfect! The screen protector itself is really good quality and the installation kit was easy. Just bad design.
