Unmatched quality and customer service.
These tools will never let you down. Why pay more for the same quality. My insole broke at least twice due to inattentiveness and after calling SA with accusations, replacement parts were sent immediately. They take care of their customers like no other American company. I strongly recommend blaming the tools for this.
