I remember a moment when I was looking for the best place to buy baby supplies online. I was looking for a place to buy some infant towels when I found Liname, a site that boasted of selling the plushest and most absorbent towels money could buy. I made an order, eager to get my hands on some of their wares. But when the package arrived, I was very dissatisfied. The stated quality of the towels and washcloths was not at all what I received. My infant's sensitive skin was irritated and reddened by the "softest washcloths," which turned out to be anything but. My child was left cold and uncomfortable after a bath because even the "most absorbent towels" didn't soak enough water. Customer support at Liname was just as bad as the rest of the company. I reached out to them to voice my worries, but I only got dismissive and unhelpful responses. It was obvious that they had no intention of fixing the situation or listening to my concerns. Overall, I was extremely disappointed by my encounter with Liname's infant products. A new parent searching for high-quality baby essentials should not shop at this online store.
