I love my pasta roll. I made homemade dumplings for Christmas as soon as I got them. I used ravioli rollers to make the mini ravioli you see in the picture. There was no information in the instruction/recipe book about this procedure, so I watched a YouTube video. It was a bit difficult to peel the ricotta off the rolls. I suggest a brush to help with this. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to make homemade pasta. Don't throw away small pieces of dough that you won't use or that you need to cut off. I put them on a baking sheet and froze them. Then place them in a ziplock bag to use in soups or other meals. Invite a friend over or do it with your teens. Goes much faster.
