Made kebabs from a set of Cosori accessories. You turned out great. Some reviews have complained that they are too small. This is my 5.8 QT and I think it's big enough. You don't want to impede the flow of air around the food and you need some room to get it out of the basket because it's very hot. My only complaint is that they don't come with rubber pliers. I got my hands on a few at Walmart and put them back. They will be in my shopping cart for the next trip. This was my second cooking series so see the wooden skewer which worked great by the way but I found the raised holder a must have. They were cooked at 390 degrees for about 8 minutes. for medium rare meat. Other parts are not thin metal, non-stick and good quality. Happy with the purchase!
