I was a little disappointed to receive a defective item on May 3rd but called the next day and was surprised at how helpful it was customer service representatives at Palm and Revain. I received my replacement PDA in less than a day and haven't had any problems so far. Still, there's a lot to love about this little guy. First the obvious: what a great price! When I was a student I was on a tight budget and just wanted something to replace my old fashioned agenda and various disorganized papers, class schedules etc. It gives me all the features I need at a price that goes beyond what is reasonable. I, I've always thought that buying cheaper electronics almost always leads to problems, and while I can see other reviewers had some problems and I got a faulty model first, this seems like a very stable and useful device. Basically it is like this. It doesn't try to be an MP3 player, video player, or any other portable media device. I personally know that I don't need the additional features of a PDA that cost hundreds of dollars more because I already have devices that do those things. In addition, they are very easy to use. I had never picked up a Palm PDA before and after charging it I fiddled with it a bit and was able to figure out everything I wanted to do. The setup is very easy, syncing is easy and even adding software is a snap. While I have a good understanding of electronics, I believe that even a person with no experience will have no problem setting up and using this device. And from a less technical point of view. You must like the design of the Z22. I love how stylish it looks in the little rubber case I bought for it. It is compact, very cute and fits perfectly in your hand. The screen is not too big, but not too small either. I feel like it's a manageable size and weight that you can take anywhere without sacrificing anything. Some may think the screen size is too small but I really think it shouldn't be bigger. And although this is something that a lot of people might overlook, the buttons on this thing are great. I've had many devices with buttons that are too flat or small, sometimes not responding,
