These aren't the prettiest or trendiest mugs on the market, but they're great for our kids. I spent the same amount on plastic cups from our local conglomerate store and they cracked and cracked. These mugs don't, and they come in a variety of colors. They're dishwasher safe and compact compared to others we've had. We haven't had a single tear yet and have been very happy with the quality, design and value. These mugs really would be good for anything. With ice, they hold just under 12 ounces. They don't sweat any more than other mugs, but they do sweat a little with ice. I highly recommend these mugs, especially if you have small or multiple children in the house.
