Review on Beduan by Jay Chowdhury

I recently made a purchase from Beduan in order to prepare for a do-it-yourself plumbing project. Regrettably, the fittings were of a very low quality, and as a result, they created more issues than they resolved. Because the threads on the fittings were not cut correctly, there were leaks, and the fittings were difficult to tighten. In addition, the fittings were improperly machined, thus they had rough edges that scraped and damaged the pipes that they were connected to. In addition to that, Beduan did not provide satisfactory customer service. I tried to contact them to voice my concerns and ask for a refund, but they did not respond to my messages and were not helpful in any way. It was abundantly evident that they did not appreciate my business and did not care about the quality of the things that they sold. In general, my experience with Beduan was really negative and I came away very frustrated. I would not suggest this company to anyone looking for dependable and high-quality fittings for their industrial or scientific projects because they do not meet those criteria. Find a more dependable vendor to avoid the aggravation and save yourself some time.
