I've been doing two things consistently for some time: I use an oral irrigator before brushing my teeth and also a nasal irrigator. Both are relatively well sized devices (especially my irrigator). So the journey was imminent and I went in search of at least one street irrigation system. Who would have thought I would find both devices in one! I took it on a cruise (I packed it in my carry-on) and it worked great for both an irrigator (with these attachments) and a sinus cleaner (with this attachment). To clear my sinuses, I've used bottled water (instead of distilled) along with solution packets. I also didn't have access to a microwave (I usually heat the water up a bit first) but that was fine. I was just happy to be able to continue both traveling and cruising like I do at home. I charged it before leaving the house and it lasted 1.5 weeks when we were away (and I'm sure it would have lasted longer). But when it needs to be charged, the cord fits very nicely into the included storage pouch. I keep the tips in a small zipped pouch and place the charging cable and instruction manual on the left side of the case behind the grille and the device itself on the right side. This amazing device will accompany me on all our future travels. Totally worth the money for a great product with lots of features, well made and comes with a case! If you're on the fence (there are so many out there), get it! You will not be disappointed.
