After much trial and error, I've found that car sun visor sizes are pretty arbitrary and you only need to try a few until you find one that works. This was a problem for my Kia Soul as many of the ones I tried were either too big and stiff or too small and fell off. After taking a few measurements I decided to try this shade small instead of medium as recommended in the sizing chart and I'm glad I did. I finally found one that works. Two flexible circles sit on the dash and are held in place by visors. But the key to making it really stay in place is that the extra fabric can be tucked away behind the visor clips and around the rear view mirror. I feel it's secure and won't slip and fall like my previous undersized accordion style lampshade did. Cheap and works!
