Nipple Balm Cream is a legitimate herbal gentle formula made from beeswax that literally helps with chafing, dryness and irritated skin. the breast area that accompanies pregnancy. I've even used this product for dry elbows and chafing on my kids feet from wearing swim trunks that were too long. The tube is only 2 ounces, but a little is enough. When applying, you need to use very little. The product is a bit thick, but when it warms up on your fingers, it becomes soft like butter.
