removes Fluorine: Replacement Water Filter

I have a Venus water ionizer and it tells me when to change the filter. Since March 22, 2016 two adults at the city water use this brand "Alkaviva Ultra Water Filter" for our drinking water and now in July 2019 Venus is signaling that I need to change the filter. It is over 3 years old. I really like it. I've read a lot about fluorine about fluorine and I don't want that. From what I've read, fluoride displaces calcium from bones, making them weaker.
