Review on K&N Engine Air Filter: High Performance, Premium, Washable Replacement | Compatible with 2010-2017 Jeep/Dodge (Compass, Patriot, Caliber) E-1998 by John Wells

So I bought this filter for my 2012 Jeep Compass Sport 2.0L. Although it is written that this filter does not fit, it does. It just takes a little effort to get there. The reason this is a bit difficult is due to the construction of the airbox. When I put it in, I first took the ribbon clip that came with the kit and pushed it in and down to attach to the tabs on the side of the airbox. Now it's up to you whether you want to use the band clamp or not. Once it's on, it's cozy inside. I personally just have it to make sure it stays. For all Jeep Compass owners who need a K&N; it will work.
