Bought size 3X for MIL. She has many WW brand knit pants in this size. Unfortunately quality control is not the best and this time the pants were looser in the waist than usual. The bigger issue was the length which was about 4 inches longer than normal after the pants were washed and dried. I checked the inside tag of the pants and the numbers were the same as 3X's bought in the past. I checked my order and it was the same 3X size as purchased in the past; NOT the tall size as I first suspected must have been shipped by mistake. Since WW charges $9.99 for straight returns, I ended up hemming the pants. The only good thing about the order is that though the cost of the pants is higher on Best Buy.com the delivery is much better and faster than ordering through WW directly.
