Poor packaging of contact lens care product
Only connected to charger but no instructions. Not sure if it's supposed to vibrate like a phone or if it needs to be charged because mine vibrates for a second then stops? And they need to pack better. I'm not the only one who said the same thing about being taken out of the box. Thank goodness it didn't break. But I doubt it's high quality.
