Bought for use in one USB charging application, not well suited for this application due to the extreme voltage drop even at very low loads. The static output voltage is about 5.25V with no load and drops to 4.1-4.4VDC when connected to a small cell phone battery or other bus-powered peripheral. This may actually be enough to power LED lighting or otherwise, everything else about the product looks good and is as advertised. The measured output ripple current at light load is 110mV peak-to-peak and shows a triangle wave. The advertised 50mV ripple appears to be in an unloaded state.
