So I read online about what it is and why it's bad for us (some of it can only be broken down in the liver (and not in the digestive system (unlike regular glucose or sucrose). According to the test, I'm very sensitive to it now i try to avoid it to see how it will improve my health i was so disappointed because i read online that "tapioca syrup" is just another misleading name for "high fructose corn syrup". that I was working on I'm buying another box but I need to find a replacement instead.
