Great addition to my shop.

I bought this nozzle a few weeks ago. I use it with a Bench Dog Pro-Max router table extension that I have a Ridgid table saw mounted to. Handling the racket took some practice, but so far so good. Here are some tips I'd like to share. Leftovers for future use (i.e. save 3/4 board scraps for future 3/4 boards you plan to glue). Use a cutting board to even out the height of the racquet by placing the cutting edge along the installed racquet and adjusting it to fit the racquet. This will get you really close - cut off another piece of leftovers the same thickness you need for the original to be sure, then cut off what you need. 2) Use the guide rail on the table saw to feed the piece through it. I use both fences (bench and router) as a guide, but all you really need is a table saw fence. risk burning out. You might need a little practice, but after a few cuts you'll know what to do. If you're not sure, the slower the better. 4) Use a router with sufficient power. I use a Craftsman 2.5 hp model. about 22,000 rpm and it runs well. This attachment is sharp and with care it will last a long time. Much luck.
