I like the bag enough but I am leaving a low rating to warn people about their customer service. I was prepared for a slight odor when I received this as most leather and suede products have it, but it goes away after a little airing. I was prepared for the bangs to wrinkle in transit, but that's not hard to fix if you have a low-heat flat iron. However, the rim on the top layer has been badly damaged and is very visible due to its location. I contacted the seller hoping for a replacement. They offered me a $3 refund and asked me to use scissors to trim the fringes. I really like the bag so I guess I won't have a choice as they didn't offer a replacement.
