Run away! Network adapter

Easy installation on Windows 10. None of my BT devices recognize it. Also, this adapter could not detect any of my devices. When I tried to take it out of the USB socket to repackage and send it back, the cap came off along with a small circuit board inside the case and I was left with 3 pieces. I took a chance because of the low price, but it's just a loser.
