UPDATED Best in Cookware Review
ORIGINAL - I wanted to love this kettle! It's big and looks very nice. Unfortunately, the handle broke off the body of the kettle after just two weeks. It has never been roughened and I am very surprised that it is no longer usable. I've tried turning the handle back on, but that doesn't solve the problem. Looks like "welding" went really wrong. This kettle was not cheap and should have lasted for many years. Very disappointed. UPDATED - The seller was quick to respond and immediately sent me a new kettle via a no-hassle exchange. It's been a few weeks so far so good! I will update this again if the same issue occurs.
