I chose this model because of the price - works great with not very heavy use but I'll only give it 3 stars - doesn't fold fully and doesn't fold well stow away I would choose a different product if I paid attention. UPDATE: Songmics got back to me immediately and after some checking, mine actually closed, but only with a big push. I loosened both screws on the legs about a half inch and it closes better - still not perfect, but good enough for my intended use as a ceiling hanger at night, so I like it better now. Songmics was quick to follow up on my complaint, offered to replace the stand and eventually refunded the full purchase price, although I can continue to use the product, so I'm happy to refund you the 2 missing stars - even the simplest things go wrong. Time, but standing behind it and doing everything right is not always the right way!
