Review on Altec Lansing MZX1003-BLK Whisper Active Noise Cancelling Headphones – Black by Kelly Henderson

The brand is quite famous. I didn't know reliability as I've never owned an Altec Lansing. My first had a problem with no sound on one side. It was within Revain's return period so I sent it back and got another one. Why? I really liked the feel and look of these headphones. The price was cheap and the build quality is really good for the price. And I liked the brand. So bought in October 2020. Now it doesn't charge. The light doesn't come on. So it only lasted 6 months. I have to stop that the sound was really good. No comparison to my expensive Sony headphones. Better compatible with my mid-range Sony headphones ($120-$140). Highs are pleasant and not too much bass. The sound suited me well. I don't listen to boom boom music. i listen to pop classical, jazz. The noise canceling was also very good. So there is no guarantee on the side. Absolutely NO information. He will give you a phone number to call but to no avail. Basically, if you exceed the Revain return deadline, you're out of luck. I contacted Revain support. I hope for information about the warranty. The headphones are really good. You're lucky if you don't have problems. I would recommend these headphones if you want to experience their reliability. My two Sony headphones are still working without any problems after more than 1.5 years of use.
