Overall good interface and setup process, though more knowledgeable resources would be great
I like that it's easy to use but also has many options for customization depending upon your needs/requirements! It is very intuitive so you can get up & running quickly without having any training or experience with cybersecurity software in general (which was our case). The support team at this time does not have as much knowledge about cyber threats than their competitors do which makes finding answers difficult when we are stuck trying figure out how something works internally within CSO One. We're solving internal issues such as employee access control; preventing data breaches from occurring through misconfiguration errors during user onboarding.
