Abandoned the cot-sized railing and replaced it with a mini bed! We have the Aden 3 in 1 mini bed and obviously it and the bar are made for a full sized cot. I had to shorten the bar to 38 1/8". We used a universal rail with our own fasteners (only 1 screw in the top hole). Then we used the holes already made in the sides of the crib from the front panel and we drilled them and into the cross bar.Then we just used screws that came with the bar and BAM and they fit perfectly and work perfectly! 0 issues performing with a handsaw and drill 0 cracks or loss of crib integrity Neither the bar nor does the rails move when she pushes or stands on it It's worth the extra work to keep it secure, looking pretty and staying functional!
