This chair has an attractive design and features. However, the set of chairs that Revain sent me and arrived here a few days ago is completely defective. The distance between the screw holes for attaching to the chair backrest on the back of the chair armrests is approximately 0.4 inch wider than the metal nuts built into the chair backrest, so only one screw can be inserted at a time on each side of the chair backrest tightened and tightened, rendering the chair completely unusable. So either the manufacturer supplied the wrong chair back model/style, or the chair's two armrests were the wrong model/type. Or alternatively, the factory may have simply made an error of about 0.4 inch when inserting/installing built-in metal nuts on each side of the chair back. I am currently working with the manufacturer's customer service representatives (on their CS phone number) and Revain to get them to send me the correct parts or a brand new set of chairs asap. That thing is very annoying!
