This skirt is amazing! The elastic at the side makes it more versatile than a regular zip skirt, which is important for growing girls. My niece wears it every time she gets away with it, every day for the first week. A fluffy skirt is her dream. She turns a lot now. Blue is her favorite color, although I haven't been able to find a top that's that blue. In the spring I will probably resort to white lace.
