I love these pink scissors. A while back I bought what I thought was good from a local store. I have severe arthritis in my hands and fingers. These scissors were very heavy and injured my hands and fingers. They wouldn't cut anything. Not a single layer of cotton. I tried everything to get her to cut but I never did. I decided to take a chance and buy another pair as I use a good piece of cotton to make quilts. This time I choose the right pair. They are soft on my hands and fingers. They are easy to open and cut. I was able to easily cut through 4 layers of cotton fabric! They stop the wear and tear of cotton fabrics. I am really very satisfied with this purchase. They arrived at my house on time and I used them immediately. I recommend this product.
