We use this iPhone charger in the car as it has USB ports to charge other devices. The charger worked fine for a few months, but then I noticed that it only charges from one side of the iPhone to my phone. When we reversed this end in an iPhone, it stopped charging. I opened a ticket with Anker and was very impressed with their prompt response. They asked me to try a few more things to rule out an intermittent charger issue and/or an issue with the 12w charger in my car. None of them, including using them in another vehicle, got the charger to work on either side/end. I provided Anker with the update and they guaranteed the charger and sent me a new charger to replace within a few days. Although I ended up with only a partially working original charger, Anker customer service provided a quick and new replacement that works. big!
