I like that it has all of my invoicing, timesheets etc in one place which makes keeping track really easy to manage! Its also super quick at adding new records so there's no need too keep switching between programs constantly when you're just doing your daily business as this can be streamlined by using zumens system instead!! You could improve its support team if they were more proactive with queries or questions (rather than having people reply very late after long periods) but other then thats not much else i dislike about them - their pricing model does have some limitations depending what type fo service/product are being purchased from different customers who use Zapier integrations though these do allow users flexibility should something go wrong eg billing errors during monthly payments.
