The product is terrible, much below my expectations.

One earphone is not working (right). We got home and started reading the reviews. It turned out we weren't the only ones! We charged the box, took it out, clamped it according to the instructions of those who had the same problems and it turned out to start a non-working earpiece. Nothing helped and the right earpiece did not work! ! ! On the right earpiece, even the button does not click or move, on the left, when the button is pressed, it feels a clear click.
