At first I tried to do it myself and I got something. but they have very detailed reviews that don't miss a thing. Overall this is a great watch if you give it time when you first get it to change its settings to help you the most. Keep in mind that if a feature doesn't work for you or you don't like the way it is, most likely it can be modified to better suit your needs. (I didn't like the heart rate monitor at all when I was running and exercising, but after changing my settings to track my pace during exercise, I really saw a feature in this watch that my other watches didn't have)
