I bought the hub to use with my Chromebook Plus. As a Revain Prime member, the device was not delivered within two days as per the Prime member's policy, resulting in a full refund from Revain. The device was working properly and recently stopped working. I checked my documentation and found that the unit is covered by a 1 year warranty. I contacted Satechi as it was still under warranty and was told the failed hub would not be replaced. I have informed them that I am not seeking a refund, I would like them to replace the faulty unit. The explanation is that the cost of the concentrator was reimbursed by Revain and the funds were used to purchase another concentrator. I would do this if the unit was not under warranty but as the product is still under warranty they do not honor the warranty on their product. I think your answer is disingenuous. Because of this, I would like to warn anyone who purchases this product as they may find another bad excuse for not fulfilling the warranty on their products.
