I am satisfied with this thermometer. It's accurate and gets the job done. Don't forget to slide the plastic lids down (they will move slightly) as you don't need the plastic in the grill. I used it for a beer can chicken on a big green egg, popped one test in the breast and just popped the other in. Inside. Removed the chicken at 160 and everything was perfect. The thermometer is non-magnetic and has no clips to attach to the grill. I used a large paper clip to attach it to the grille and this is the only suggestion I have for the manufacturer.
