▪️Use large sections of hair. ▪️Change the direction of the staff. Some threads are vertical. A little horizontal to give the wave a more natural look. ▪️To avoid twisting, start 3-4 inches from the root and tilt the edge of the flat iron away from the strand of hair. Don't get caught in your hair. ▪️Use heat to style all day. Use a heat protectant spray beforehand or 1-2 drops of hair oil (or light cream) afterwards to lock in moisture and control frizz or swaying flyaways. But INH didn't want to spend $70 on an iron. Bought this one and I'm glad I did. It took forever at first because I was doing small sections (and I needed a lot of heat). Then I was in a hurry and made 5-6 big strands and here is the result! Highly recommended. It's a little difficult to get used to with small hands.
