This body buff smells good but has very light buffing capabilities. Instructions are in miniscule print so really impossible to read without a magnifying glass. Instructions do say to apply to wet skin. Effectiveness is just ok. Purpose of Hemp is unknown since this is a topical product that doesn't stay on the skin for very long.
